The Problem

Amedisys focuses on bringing home the continuum of care, which brings unique challenges to the task of tracking DME orders and usage. StateServ’s network of DME providers helped simplify ordering, tracking, and pick-up for Amedisys, making it possible for them to work through one company for all of their DME needs rather than negotiate separately with DME individual providers and vendors across the country.

DMETrack tools, which allow for online and bedside ordering, made it easier for Amedisys to get equipment to patients in a timely manner, making the process easier and more efficient for their staff.
